Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Gendelion platform ("Service") at gendelion.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Gendelion is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) analytics platform that allows users to measure and improve their brand's visibility within AI-generated answers across multiple large language model (LLM) providers including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), and Perplexity.

The Service is currently in early beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any specific feature will remain available.

During the beta period, access to the Service is by invitation only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to approve or reject waitlist applications at our sole discretion.

Beta access is provided free of charge during the beta period. We may introduce paid plans at any time with reasonable advance notice to existing beta users.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account or invite link with others without our permission.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Analyze domains you do not own or have authorization to analyze.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape the platform, or use automated tools against our infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Use the Service to defame, harass, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Gendelionand protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any domain data, brand information, and reports you generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and display this data solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, OpenRouter) and data services (WhoisJSON, IPinfo). Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party services.

AI-generated outputs from these providers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.Gendelion makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AEO scores or analysis results.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AEO scores and analysis results are derived from third-party AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. Gendelion does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENDELION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Gendelion is registered, as applicable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
